ACCESS MODEL

Three gates must align.

Partner approval, advertiser authorization, and account-level eligibility remain distinct.

Peakstar’s production Amazon Ads API access is not yet approved.

Amazon Ads API approval

Peakstar is preparing its Partner Network and Amazon Ads API application as a SaaS tool provider. Production API access is not yet approved.

Advertiser authorization

An eligible advertiser must authorize Peakstar through the Amazon Ads OAuth flow. Seller Central credentials are never requested.

Profile and region eligibility

Available ad products, profiles, marketplaces, reports, and operations depend on the authorized advertiser account and Amazon’s API scope.

PLANNED PRODUCT SCOPE

Read first. Explain the source. Gate every action.

Peakstar’s first production milestone is authorized reporting and decision support. Write capabilities will be described and enabled only after Amazon approval and separate product safeguards.

Campaign reporting

Bring authorized campaign, ad-group, targeting, budget, spend, sales, click, and conversion measures into one source-labeled view.

READ-ONLY FIRST

Search-term analysis

Review search terms and keyword performance without mixing seller accounts or replacing unavailable data with synthetic values.

QUERY EVIDENCE

Budget pacing

Compare spend pace, budget utilization, and campaign status across valid reporting periods before deciding whether intervention is needed.

MONITORING

Profit context

Evaluate advertising cost alongside the authorized seller’s catalog, sales, fees, and available cost coverage while preserving each source label.

SELLER-SCOPED

Recommendations

Surface bid, keyword, targeting, and budget opportunities as reviewable recommendations—not invisible changes to a live campaign.

HUMAN REVIEW

Controlled actions

If write access is approved later, campaign changes will require explicit advertiser authorization, product controls, validation, and an audit trail.

PLANNED · SEPARATELY GATED
AUTHORIZED DATA USE

What Peakstar plans to access—and why.

Peakstar will request the minimum Amazon Ads data needed to provide the advertiser-selected reporting and optimization workflow. Data use stays bound to the authorizing advertiser.

Read the Privacy Policy
  • 01

Advertiser, profile, marketplace, campaign, ad-group, targeting, and creative identifiers needed for the enabled workflow

  • 02

Budgets, bids, statuses, placements, search terms, and aggregate delivery or attribution measures returned by Amazon Ads

  • 03

Seller-authorized catalog and financial context only where needed to provide the requested Peakstar analysis

  • 04

Source, report period, freshness, coverage, API request status, and user-approved action history

PRODUCT BOUNDARIES

Optimization does not remove advertiser control.

Peakstar’s current product is preparing for read-only Ads data. Any future campaign mutation will be separately authorized, validated, auditable, and reversible where the Amazon API supports it.

  • Amazon Ads data remains isolated to the advertiser and Peakstar account that authorized access.
  • Peakstar does not sell, publish, pool, or expose one advertiser’s Amazon Ads data to another advertiser.
  • The current release does not send Amazon Ads performance data to generative AI providers.
  • Missing, stale, rate-limited, or unavailable data remains visibly unavailable instead of being invented.
  • Production campaign writes are not enabled merely because an advertiser connects an account.
