Peakstar provides Amazon listing image design, marketplace infographic design, product visual content, AI-assisted creative production, previews, revisions, exports, and related digital services.
Accounts and access
A customer may receive account access, login credentials, invitation links, or project access. The customer is responsible for accurate information and secure handling of any login details.
Submitted materials
Customers are responsible for having the rights to product photos, brand assets, marketplace text, references, trademarks, prompts, and other materials they submit.
Digital deliverables
Outputs are digital previews, images, exports, download links, project files, or related design assets. Peakstar does not provide physical goods, shipping, warehouse services, or postal delivery.
AI-assisted production
Some work may use third-party AI, storage, infrastructure, automation, or payment providers. Peakstar remains the contact point for support on orders and generated outputs.
Payments, credits, and failed jobs
Payments, invoices, usage credits, retries, and refunds are handled according to the shown offer. See https://peakstar.ai/legal/refund-policy for refund details. If a system-side production task fails, Peakstar may retry the work, restore the related usage balance, or review an appropriate adjustment.
Acceptable use
Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, misleading, or abusive materials and must not attempt to misuse accounts, credits, automation, security controls, or provider integrations.
Availability and updates
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or technical incidents. Peakstar may update these Terms and Conditions and related policies when needed.
