These Terms and Conditions govern Peakstar account access, Amazon seller tools, quote-based subscription plans, and separately scoped AI or custom creative services.

Services covered
Peakstar provides software and digital services for Amazon sellers, including seller-authorized Amazon data tools, listing and marketplace workflows, product visual content, AI-assisted creative production, previews, revisions, exports, and related support. The exact features and limits included for a customer are stated in the accepted quote or order.
Plans and separate services
Paid plans are quote-based and start at USD 79 per month. The accepted quote states the billing interval, included seller accounts, marketplaces, features, usage limits, taxes, and renewal terms. AI usage, high-volume processing, and custom creative work are priced separately unless the quote expressly includes them.
Accounts and access
A customer may receive account access, login credentials, invitation links, or project access. The customer is responsible for accurate information, authorized users, and secure handling of login details. Account access may not be shared outside the customer organization without written agreement.
Amazon authorization
Amazon accounts are connected through Amazon OAuth authorization. Peakstar does not ask for or need a Seller Central username or password. The customer must have authority to connect the seller account, choose the permissions presented by Amazon, and promptly revoke access or contact Peakstar if authorization should end.
Amazon data and actions
Peakstar uses seller-authorized Amazon Selling Partner API and, when approved and connected, Amazon Ads API data only for enabled service features and the account that authorized access. Available features may process product, listing, inventory, order, fulfillment, financial, reimbursement, review, Brand Analytics, advertiser-profile, campaign, targeting, budget, bid, search-term, or advertising-performance information. A write action is not enabled merely because an account is connected; where supported, separate product controls and seller or advertiser confirmation apply.
Submitted materials
Customers are responsible for having the rights to product photos, brand assets, marketplace text, references, trademarks, prompts, and other materials they submit.
Digital deliverables
Outputs are digital previews, images, exports, download links, project files, or related design assets. Peakstar does not provide physical goods, shipping, warehouse services, or postal delivery.
AI-assisted production
Creative work may send prompts and seller-selected product assets to the applicable AI provider when the customer starts that task. The current release does not send Amazon operational metrics or Brand Analytics metrics to generative AI providers. AI output can contain errors and must be reviewed by the customer before marketplace or commercial use. See https://peakstar.ai/subprocessors for the current provider list.
Payments, credits, and failed jobs
Payments, invoices, usage credits, retries, and refunds are handled according to the shown offer. See https://peakstar.ai/legal/refund-policy for refund details. If a system-side production task fails, Peakstar may retry the work, restore the related usage balance, or review an appropriate adjustment.
Renewal and cancellation
A recurring plan continues for the billing interval stated in the accepted quote until cancelled. Cancellation stops a future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Acceptable use
Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, misleading, or abusive materials and must not attempt to misuse accounts, credits, automation, security controls, or provider integrations.
Availability and updates
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, Amazon or provider outages, rate limits, or technical issues. Peakstar may update these Terms and Conditions and related policies; the current version and update date will remain available on this site.
